Bradley Charles Stubbs

Bradley Charles Stubbs was surrounded by mean streets, tough ‘friends’ and limited choices. He failed at almost everything except sport. Nearing the top of the surfing championships table and setting his sights on a career of surfing, Bradley’s hopes were crushed when he was almost killed in a freak car accident. His devastation was absolute and changed his life forever. Severe depression left him at the point of total emotional collapse. Referred to medical agencies, Bradley spent many weeks in psychiatric care. It was while he was here that he became aware of the strength of his survival instincts. He was determined to recover and make the most of the life he was given.
He has mentored, guided and coached world surfing champions, NRL Coach Michael Maguire of the South Sydney Rabbitohs to a Premiership and Wallabies coach, Michael Cheika to a World Cup Final. He then went on to mentor Eddie Jones, Coach of England Rugby to a 6 Nations Win and Graham Arnold, of Sydney FC to 4 titles, including 2 Premiers Plates. More recently he worked alongside Trent Robinson of the Sydney Roosters to win both the 2018 National Rugby League Minor Premiership and Premiership and the 2019 Premiership, as well as back-to-back World Club Challenges.
Bradley’s knowledge of neuroscience enables him to transform the thinking of not only coaches and athletes, but also corporate executives, teachers and individuals to great success.
He has developed a unique, and exclusive, “Expect to Win” program relevant to any corporation, boardroom or classroom and his work in the medical field, over the past 5 years, is not only unprecedented but revolutionary.
